Baltic Kontor has worked from Riga since 1992 as a marine survey and maritime services company, and acts as Lloyd’s Agent in Latvia. The work falls into five areas: marine surveys of the vessel herself, cargo surveys of what she carries, average agency and claims handling for insurers and P&I clubs, maritime legal work, and vessel registration under open registries.
Survey attendance is arranged in Riga, Ventspils and Liepāja, and in Klaipėda through the Lithuanian office.
