The company was formed in 2023 through the merger of OSM Maritime Group and Thome Group, bringing together two established maritime organisations with strong Norwegian and Singaporean roots. Headquartered in Arendal, Norway, OSM Thome maintains an extensive international presence with operational and technical expertise across key maritime centres worldwide.

Today, OSM Thome employs approximately 31,000 people at sea and onshore and manages around 1,000 vessels. Its fleet spans a broad range of segments, including tankers, bulk carriers, container vessels, car carriers, cruise and ferry vessels, as well as offshore vessels and units.

The company provides integrated solutions covering technical and crew management together with a broad range of specialised marine services.
