Baltic Kontor is appointed by flag states, registries, insurers and Lloyd’s to act as nautical and flag inspector, survey agent and average agent in Latvia. Each appointment defines our scope, standards and reporting duties, and carries the year it began — the earliest from 1992. We have been Lloyd’s Agent in Latvia since 1994.
